There are 5 separate SWTOR Trooper Talent trees. The Commando and Vanguard each have two unique talent trees and there is a single shared talent tree between both advanced classes (Assault Specialist).

We have broken down SWTOR Trooper Talents list into three sections as a result: one for Commandos, one for Vanguards, and one for the shared talent tree (the list for the Assault Specialist is included on this page).

SWTOR Trooper Talents List – Commando Talents – Gunnery and Combat Medic

The Command has access to two primary talent trees: Gunnery and Combat Medic. Gunnery talents are designed to make the Commando a viable mid-long ranged DPS class whereas Combat Medic allows this class to heal.

SWTOR Trooper Talent Trees – Vanguard Talents – Tactics and Shield Specialist

The Vanguard is given access to two very different combat trees: Tactics and Shield Specialist. Tactics turns the class into a melee damage dealer while Shield Specialist focuses on defensive tanking talents.

SWTOR Trooper Talent Trees – Shared – Assault Specialist

The Assault Specialist is the only talent tree which is shared by all advanced classes that the Trooper progresses from. When the game is released, I will be adding a talent list for the Trooper to this very page.
